A Foundation of Innovation
EthicsPoint was founded in 1999 by a group of certified fraud examiners who envisioned combining the then-exploding use of the Internet with their real-world expertise in fraud awareness and investigations. The initial release of the EthicsPoint solution revolutionized incident reporting with a fully integrated telephone- and web-based “hotline” mechanism, and secure, immediate delivery of reported issues and concerns using web-portal technology.
As our employee hotline and anti-fraud solution was rapidly adopted across all industry segments, we recognized that companies also needed robust internal investigation and case management capabilities to adequately investigate reports from their stakeholders. In 2005 we delivered new solutions that enabled organizations to easily and effectively manage their investigations across the enterprise with the scalability and flexibility to meet the needs of Fortune 100 multinational companies down to single location small businesses. With a long history of innovation, EthicsPoint continues to create both integrated and point solutions that enable our global customers to meet rapidly changing compliance and governance requirements.
