For the third time in my career I am leading a growth company as its chief executive. I am currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of EthicsPoint, a market leader in business process optimization for Issue, Event and Loss Management. EthicsPoint was founded just before the implosion of Enron and WorldCom and has matured during the Sarbanes-Oxley “wars” to provide solutions that help companies improve their organizational integrity and manage issues affecting their governance, risk and compliance. EthicsPoint is headquartered in the beautiful Pacific Northwest and we have proudly received numerous awards and commendations, including, “Top 100 companies to Work for in Oregon,” and is ranked 47th on Inc. Magazine’s list of the fastest growing 100 Software Companies in the nation.

I can’t believe that I have served as the leader of our company for 7 years, and when I am not at work I enjoy spending time with my family and pursuing the many passions of my life including: constant self-improvement, golf, collecting and drinking wine, and expanding my culinary repertoire.
