David Childers, CIPP: CEO and President
David is a visionary in the field of Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC). A charter member of the Open Compliance and Ethics Group (OCEG) – a coalition of the nation's business leaders assembled to develop compliance standards and guidelines – David also serves on the OCEG Leadership and Technology Councils, responsible for the development of issue awareness, resolution guidelines and best practices. He is a member of the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE), where he serves as one of the principle editors of The SCCE Complete Compliance and Ethics Manual. A member of the Ethics & Compliance Officer Association (ECOA) and the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), David has also completed the Director of Professionalism course and is certified in Director Education. Additionally, he holds an Executive Certificate in Strategy and Innovation from the MIT Sloan School of Management. He is also a member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and serves as the Vice Chairman for the Software Association of Oregon (SAO).
David is a frequent lecturer on the subjects of business ethics and corporate governance. He was recently named one of the "100 Most Influential People in Finance" by Treasury & Risk Magazine and a finalist for the 2010 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year, Pacific Northwest Region.

Tom O'Keefe: Chief Operating Officer
Tom has led EthicsPoint go-to-market strategies for the past seven years. With responsibility for Sales, Marketing, Consulting and Client Service teams, Tom's passion is communicating and bringing continuity to EthicsPoint’s message and product mix. Tom is an accomplished, client-driven sales, marketing and operations executive with 20 years of progressively responsible experience who provides EthicsPoint with clear market insights and the ability to leverage emerging technologies throughout the enterprise. Prior to joining EthicsPoint, Tom held leadership roles at technology [hardware, software & communications] companies ranging from start-up to Fortune 500 companies. He has served on various community boards and associations and is currently serving on the Development Committee of Oregon-based non-profit SMART (Start Making A Reader Today).

Todd Henne: Chief Financial Officer
Todd brings more than 20 years of experience in strategic management, finance, investments and operations to the EthicsPoint executive team. He has contributed to the success of both start-ups and established companies and brings a depth of knowledge gained from both privately-held and publicly-traded technology-based organizations. His record of building and motivating successful teams, creating policies and procedures to streamline operations and improving profits lead Todd to EthicsPoint, where he now directs all aspects of the company’s financial activities and has responsibility for call center management.

Mike Harnish: CTO
Mike has built, implemented and led teams in the strategic use of technology for more than 35 years. As chief technology officer, he is responsible for the strategic direction and development of EthicsPoint’s technologies. Prior to joining EthicsPoint, Harnish served in chief operating officer/director as well as chief information & technology officer positions of Fortune 500 companies, as well as major national law and CPA firms. Mike has been recognized as an initial recipient of the American Institute of CPA's (AICPA) Pathfinder award and later received the national award for "Innovative User of Technology” from the same body.
He was the first chairman of the AICPA's Technology Section, a member of the American Bar Association's Futurist Committee and, as a member of the AICPA’s High Tech Task Force, helped identify and pioneer what is now known as “XBRL,” the financial reporting language standard utilized by the SEC and many European countries. A graduate of Purdue University, Mike holds a B.S. in Industrial Management with a Computer Science Technical Option. He also holds numerous professional certifications, including Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP), Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF), EnCase Certified Examiner (EnCE), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certificate in Data Processing (CDP).
