Stephen Chapman: Director of Professional Services

Steve was brought on to start EthicsPoint’s Professional Services Organization given his 17+ years of experience in business consulting, business operations management, strategic planning and organizational change management. Since that time in 2008, the organization has grown by more than 300 percent and far exceeded initial revenue goals, a testament to his leadership and carefully cultivated team of consultants.

Prior to joining EthicsPoint, Steve worked as a change management consultant with Accenture specializing in the implementation of enterprise software product and solutions. Steve also founded and contributed to the successful startup of Aon Safetylogic.com, an application service provider of integrated risk control management solutions for Fortune 2000 corporations, loss prevention firms and the insurance carrier markets. He holds a BS in Marketing and Management from the University of Oregon.

 

Dominick Corso: Director of Client Services

Dominick has assisted clients across a broad range of industries, providing legal business solutions and consulting on governance, risk and compliance issues for more than 12 years. He currently leads EthicsPoint’s dedicated team of more than 20 client services individuals, responsible for client implementation and ongoing satisfaction. His experience leading consulting, implementation and client services teams was honed in management positions at Arthur Anderson, KPMG Consulting, BearingPoint and LRN Corporation, focusing on the areas of risk management, legal business consulting, business technology strategy consulting and ethics & compliance program development. He holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.

 

John Hall: Senior Vice President Strategic Relationships

Leveraging more than 20 years of executive leadership experience in the areas of sales, marketing and business development, John has helped lead EthicsPoint's development into one of the leading providers of governance, risk and compliance services. John has focused the past 15 years on developing early-stage companies into market leaders and growing them via relationships with strategic partners – a successful practice he leads for EthicsPoint currently as well. Growing our partner portfolio to almost 30 today, John has been able to assist with expanding EthicsPoint products and services into new industries and global regions via opportunities with companies similarly aligned.

Previous to EthicsPoint, John pioneered the prepaid phone card industry and has driven the sales, marketing and business development efforts for several other growth-oriented firms, helping them increase profitability, sustainability and market leadership in each of their respective industries. John has also been active in nonprofit organizations focused on helping children. He has held an executive position in national leadership of Friends of the Children, a mentoring program for vulnerable children, and he currently serves on the Young Life regional board.

 

Amanda Mayhew: General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Privacy Officer

Amanda’s interest in corporate governance has only grown since she graduated from Oregon’s Lewis & Clark Law School with an emphasis in corporate law and intellectual property. Her proven expertise in the areas of international data privacy, intellectual property, and corporate law make her an indispensable member of the executive management team and the organization at large.

Amanda is currently serving as a Vice President of the Oregon Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel and is a board member of FrOLIO (Friends of Opportunities for Law In Oregon). She is past Chair of the Oregon State Bar’s Affirmative Action Committee and is a member of the following organizations: International Association of Privacy Professionals, the Oregon Minority Lawyers Association and the OSB Computer and Internet Law, Corporate Counsel and Intellectual Property Sections. Amanda is a Certified Information Privacy Professional and is licensed to practice in both Washington and Oregon.

 

Tom McNamara: Vice President of Sales

With more than 20 years of experience in sales and sales management, Tom brings to EthicsPoint an exceptional level of expertise and knowledge in opening and serving new markets. During his 12-year association with the Xerox Corporation, he held a variety of increasingly accountable sales management positions, culminating with sales agency president, leading a team of 30. In 2002, he joined Associated Business Systems (ABS), where he played a key management role in the company's growth from $15 million to $45 million dollars in annual revenue during his six-year tenure. Since joining EthicsPoint, Tom has grown the sales team from 15 to 25 and has put in place operational parameters, improving sales organization numbers company-wide. He holds a BS in Business Administration from Oregon State University.

 

Bill Piwonka: Vice President of Marketing

Bill brings more than 20 years of marketing leadership experience to EthicsPoint, having previously worked for large multinational, midsize and startup companies. He is responsible for the company’s overall marketing strategy, including product management and marketing, web, PR and analyst relations. Previously, Bill was general manager and vice president of marketing for Centennial Software where he lead North American marketing efforts. He has also held marketing management positions at Serena Software, Measurecast, WebTrends, Intel and Oracle. Bill earned an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a B.A. in Quantitative Economics from Stanford University.

 

 

Londa Quisling: Senior Director of Technology

Londa has held various management roles in product engineering and development for more than 20 years, bringing that wealth of knowledge and leadership to EthicsPoint, leading a team of 22. In that role, she oversees all product development efforts and is responsible for executing on EthicsPoint’s product vision and delivering new products that delight our clients. Since she arrived at EP, she has been able to streamline processes within engineering and move forward with five major product launches and ready the team for more. Prior to EP, she was in product development leadership with companies Iterasi, Audio Mojo, Allen Technologies, HCORP and Webridge. Londa earned her B.S. in Mathematics with a Minor in Computer Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
