Mark Reed
President & Chief Executive Officer
Mark brings more than 30 years of high technology management and consulting experience to EthicsPoint. Reed has served as vice president of marketing and sales for a former division of General Electric, as senior vice president of sales, marketing and services for InFocus Systems and as the CEO of that company's first acquisition, Genigraphics Corporation.
Since forming consulting group High Ground Partners LLC in 1997, Reed has advised a variety of technology and services companies in the Pacific Northwest. He served in the capacity of chairman, CEO, president and senior vice president for companies including; Cord Communications, Lightware Inc., EnvoyGlobal.com, Webtrends, @Once, Encounter Collaborative and Pneu-Logic Corporation. He has undertaken strategic consulting projects with Clarity Visuals, Symantec, NetIQ, Qsent, Extensis, Fios, info USA, SAP America, Pacstar, Lightspeed and several others.
Reed currently serves on several corporate and non-profit boards and is often asked to be the featured speaker at prominent community events. He also serves as a guest lecturer on the topic of “High Performance Leadership” at the Graduate School of Management, George Fox University.
John Hall – Executive Vice President / Ethics Officer / Co-Founder
Leveraging more than 25 years of executive leadership experience in the areas of sales, marketing and business development, John is responsible for the oversight of the company’s ethics program in addition to corporate development and strategic relationships. As a co-founder, John has helped guide EthicsPoint into one of the leading providers in the Governance, Risk and Compliance sector while stewarding the company’s culture as its Ethics Officer. John has the designation as a “Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional” (CCEP), is a member the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE), Open Compliance and Ethics Group (OCEG), and the International Association of Privacy Practitioners (IAPP).
John has focused the past 20 years on developing early-stage companies into market leaders. He pioneered the prepaid phone card industry and has driven the sales, marketing, and business development efforts for several other growth-oriented firms, helping them increase profitability, sustainability, and market leadership in each of their respective industries.
John has also been active in nonprofit organizations focused on helping children. He is an advisor to a number on nonprofits such the Luis Palau Association, and he currently serves as the regional board chair for Young Life.
Todd Henne
Chief Financial Officer
Todd brings more than 25 years of experience in strategic management, finance, investments and operations to the EthicsPoint executive team. He has contributed to the success of both start-ups and established companies and brings a depth of knowledge gained from both privately-held and publicly-traded technology-based organizations. His record of building and motivating successful teams, creating policies and procedures to streamline operations and improving profits lead Todd to EthicsPoint, where he now directs all aspects of the company’s financial activities and has responsibility for call center management.
For the 2010 fiscal year, Todd was named "CFO of the Year" by the Portland Business Journal, an honor encompassing all companies with revenue under $50M in Oregon and SW Washington.
Bob Conlin
Senior Vice President of Business Strategy
Bob brings over 20 years of senior management experience in technology sales, marketing and business development to his role at EthicsPoint. Leveraging that experience, Bob owns responsibility for charting EthicsPoint’s solutions strategy and managing the marketing, product management and business solutions teams.
Prior to joining EthicsPoint, Bob served as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Accero, a global provider of Human Capital Management solutions. Before joining Accero, he served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Boston-based Centive, where he led the successful transformation of the company from enterprise software to a pure-play SaaS provider and created a new product category – On-Demand Sales Performance Management. Prior to Centive, Bob held senior sales and marketing management positions at Infinium Software, a publicly traded ERP software vendor, Cort Directions and Myriad/OrCom Systems.
A graduate of Oregon State University, Bob is a frequent speaker at industry events and has been published in numerous business journals including CRM Magazine, Technology for Finance, Benefits and Compensation Solutions, Workspan and Workforce Solutions.
Tom McNamara
Senior Vice President of Global Sales
Tom has led the EthicsPoint sales team since 2008. During that time, sales growth has increased from $12 million to $24 million per year under his guidance. Along with revenue growth, he has led the effort to create the scale and infrastructure needed to support the expansion EthicsPoint has experienced. This has included creating a sales management team, developing and deploying a rigorous training program for the sales organization, improving the utilization of a CRM solution and reducing the turnover rate, all of which have contributed to EthicsPoint gaining multiple Fortune 500 clients under his watch.
With more than 20 years of experience in sales and sales management, Tom brings an unprecedented level of expertise and knowledge in opening and serving new markets. During his 12-year association with the Xerox Corporation, he held a variety of sales management positions, including Account Manager, Product Specialist and Sales Agency President. In 2002, he joined Associated Business Systems (ABS), where he played a key management role in the company’s growth from $15 million to $45 million dollars in annual revenue during his six-year tenure.
Tom holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Oregon State University.
Stephen Chapman
Vice President of Services
Steve was brought on to start EthicsPoint's Professional Services Organization given his 17+ years of experience in business consulting, business operations management, strategic planning and organizational change management. Since that time in 2008, the organization has grown by more than 300 percent, a testament to his leadership and carefully cultivated team of consultants.
Prior to joining EthicsPoint, Steve worked as a change management consultant with Accenture specializing in the implementation of enterprise software product and solutions. Steve also founded and contributed to the successful start-up of Aon Safetylogic.com, an application service provider of integrated risk control management solutions for Fortune 2000 corporations, loss prevention firms and the insurance carrier markets.
He holds a B.S. in Marketing and Management from the University of Oregon.
Londa Quisling
Vice President of Development
Londa has held various management roles in product engineering and development for more than 20 years, bringing that wealth of knowledge and leadership to EthicsPoint, leading a team of 22. In that role, she oversees all product development efforts and is responsible for executing on EthicsPoint’s product vision and delivering new products that delight our clients. Since she arrived at EP, she has been able to streamline processes within engineering and move forward with five major product launches and ready the team for more.
Prior to EP, she was in product development leadership with companies Iterasi, Audio Mojo, Allen Technologies, HCORP and Webridge.
Londa earned her B.S. in Mathematics with a minor in Computer Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
Cindy Raz
Director, Organizational Development
Cindy brings more than 15 years’ experience in leading human resource functions and business operations within rapid-growth organizations. Since joining EthicsPoint in 2009, Cindy has evolved EthicsPoint’s strategy around earning and retaining talent and culture.
In her current role, she directs the planning and implementation of corporate organizational development programs for EthicsPoint. She also approves change management initiatives and suggests enhancements to existing programs while overseeing the goal of establishing the human capital of the organization as a critical component in accomplishing business goals. For her work, she was nominated for the Portland Business Journal’s HR Leadership Award in 2010.
Prior to EthicsPoint, Cindy was a senior member of the people services team at Waggener Edstrom Worldwide (WEW) where she was instrumental in leading key initiatives with regard to talent management and development. During her tenure, Cindy was formally recognized for leadership excellence and implemented creative people programs that helped contribute to WEW’s recognition for being a best place to work.
Cindy earned her B.A. from Portland State University and holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
