Everyone should be socially responsible. We're driven to be.

It’s in our DNA. Behind all of the technology, beyond the solutions, we’re a team of your friends and neighbors with an inherent desire to make the world a better place. Whether it’s our workplace, our community, or the global environment, we’re engaged in initiatives that are relevant and sustainable.  Our goal: Build a socially responsible corporate culture that can affect the greatest change for the greater good:

Environment: Less is more

Every one of us shares a responsibility to protect our natural resources and leave the earth in better shape than we found it. Therefore, it’s time to reconsider how we live and think where the earth is concerned.

As an Oregon-based company, we have ready access to some of the most diverse and majestic landscapes in the country.  Oregon also leads the nation with our innovative approach to managed growth, conservation, and protection of green spaces.  EthicsPoint inherits that passion for the environment with a variety of programs and educational initiatives to reduce our environmental footprint.

Community:  Giving back

Everyone has something to offer: time, resources, expertise or influence. It’s not a matter of how much you give, it’s a matter of doing it well.  Large or small, every action counts.

We owe much to the communities that have supported us at home and at work. Our partnership with the Entrepreneurs Foundation of the Northwest (EFNW) helps connect our employees to various projects that benefit volunteer and recipient alike.

Marketplace:  Transparency & innovation

All of us are accountable to support and participate in ethical business practices.

EthicsPoint is more than the sum of its parts.  We service the greater good by helping our clients improve the way they do business. We’re constantly anticipating change and driving improvements in compliance and business (or best) practices, protecting our clients and their employees at every stage of growth.

Workplace: Getting it done together

We see it in neighborhoods, businesses, and world governments: Learning to work well and collaboratively with others is one of the greatest challenges of our time. But when we work together, there is no greater success.

Teamwork, innovation, and leadership are great words for glossy inspirational posters, but they’re meaningless if they never come down off the wall.  It takes hard work to create an environment dedicated to innovation, thought leadership and collaboration, but we're up to the challenge.
