The last several months have been transformative at EthicsPoint Inc. After more than a decade of rapid growth behind founder Dave Childers, the Lake Oswego-based maker of compliance and risk management software is entering a new phase with new leadership.

Mark Reed, a former consultant to the company, took over as CEO and president following Childers’ July 1 resignation, said he has crafted a new strategy that will grow EthicsPoint "in an organic and disciplined fashion."

That EthicsPoint is growing and will continue to grow appears to be a given among the company’s current and past leadership.
