Gain Insight and Efficiency by Taking a Consistent Approach to Campus Incidents
In order to gain insight into potential organizational risk, a major public university system in southern United States recently conducted a survey to understand how faculty, staff and students reported potential issues across their various campuses. Specifically, the survey focused on what happened when someone observed a violation of the university’s policies, e.g. financial fraud, student safety, research impropriety, discrimination, and more.
