Jennifer Childs Kugler
Senior Director of Research and Executive Education, Corporate Executive Board

Jennifer Childs Kugler is senior director of research and executive education with the Corporate Integrity Practice of the Corporate Executive Board. Her role is to bring the research to its membership through meetings, presentations, teleconferences and working sessions, and to work with researchers to ensure that their work is responsive to member needs. Prior to joining the Corporate Executive Board, Jennifer worked in Los Angeles on corporate transactions for a large law firm and on film production and development transactions for a major motion picture studio’s in-house legal team.

Jennifer received her J.D. from University of Texas School of Law and her B.A. in Political Science from Stanford University. She is a member of the bar in California.

Tracy Davis Bradley, Ph.D., is a senior director with the Corporate Integrity Practice at the Corporate Executive Board (CEB) in Washington, D.C. Tracy was awarded the Corporate Executive Board’s highest recognition, the Force of Ideas Award, in 2008 for her quantitative research on “Identifying the Leading Indicators of Business Misconduct.” Her research has been featured in BusinessWeek, Risk Management Magazine and Corporate Secretary.

Prior to joining the Corporate Executive Board in January 2006, Tracy worked as an instructor, consultant and researcher in the fields of leadership, education and public policy. She has taught at UCLA and Mount Saint Mary’s College in Los Angeles and has consulted and conducted research for Stratus in Los Angeles, JMI Services in San Diego, the Higher Education Research Institute at UCLA and the Center for Higher Education at UC Berkeley. Additionally, she worked as a student affairs officer in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions at UCLA and as a researcher with CNN’s Investigative Documentary unit.

Tracy earned a B.A. in anthropology from UCLA, and a M.A. and Ph.D. in higher education and organization change also from UCLA. Her dissertation was a quantitative study of the interaction between socioeconomic status, college admissions and public policy.

Tracy has received numerous awards and distinctions including the UCLA Chancellor’s Service Award, a Spencer Research Training Fellowship, the Women for Change Leadership Award and a Commendation for Service from the University of California.

Additionally, she has served on numerous nonprofit boards of directors, including The University of California Board of Regents and UniCamp, an educational and recreational program for at-risk youth in Los Angeles. She currently serves as a Senior Service Leader for the Corporate Executive Board and volunteers her time with non-profit organizations focused on at-risk youth and education.
