Meric Craig Bloch, Adecco Group North America

Meric Craig Bloch
Vice President - Compliance & Corporate Investigations, Adecco Group North America

Meric Bloch is the business ethics and compliance officer for Adecco’s divisions in North America. Adecco is a Global 500 corporation specializing in temporary and permanent personnel placement. The North American operation has approximately 6,000 full-time employees and annual revenue of approximately $4 billion.

Meric conducts internal investigations of fraud and serious workplace misconduct, manages the internal-investigations process throughout the company, and trains employees in key internal departments to conduct investigations. He has coordinated many of his investigations with federal and state law-enforcement officers.

Meric is the author of An Insider’s Guide to Workplace Investigations: Build the Process in your Company. He has also published a number of articles on investigations topics.

Meric holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Juris Doctor from New York University. He is admitted to the Bars of New York, New Jersey and the District of Columbia. Mr. Bloch is a Certified Fraud Examiner (Association of Certified Fraud Examiners) and a Professional Certified Investigator (American Society for Industrial Security). He is a licensed private investigator in the State of Florida. He is also a reserve police officer with the Livingston, New Jersey Police Department.
